I initially chose precision door when my 3 Garage doors had dangerous cables. garage doors had dangerous cables due to age. They did an excellent job switching the cables on all 3 to a safer design and replacing 1 door opener. Today I had them back to have the other two door openers replaced. They did an excellent job, very professional, on time, and time efficient for the work. Exceptional people and the highest quality work. I highly recommend them.

Their response to do the repair was VERY timely from when I first called. The technician, JUSTIN, called prior to arrival with an arrival window & was right on target. Justin was professional in presentation & skilled in execution of the repair. He kept me constantly informed of the issues and resolved it all very quickly. He completed the repair and suggested upgrades and maintenance for the doors that I could do to prevent any further issues. It was all exceptionally helpful.
