From my initial call to the mechanic that performed the install, I was pleasantly surprised, and completely satisfied. I attempted to arrange a competitor of Precision to complete my repair, and after a week of back and forth, I gave up. I called Precision Door around 9:30am and the call center stated they would have a technician to complete the repair/installation by mid afternoon that same day. Anthony performed the installation, cleaned up behind himself, and was a perfect gentleman the entire time. Thank you Precision Door for being such a professional company.

Passed a work van on the expressway and said WOW!!!!! I need that service. True! I immediately called and was able to set up an appt. Anthony came during the appointed time. Very nice and professional. Took care of busy in a timely manner and even had replacement garage door openers for purchase which I did and he programmed it for me. Highly recommend!
