This is the second time Precision has been out to our home. The first was to make minor adjustments and this time to rebuild the garage door opener. I called late in the afternoon and they responded that day. Aaron was very courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He presented me with a number of options. Upon deciding to rebuild the opener completely, he went quickly to work. We now have an extremely quiet garage door, like never before, complete with safety features like never before, and the convenience of an outside key pad.
