We had a great experience purchasing our replacement garage door and door opener. Our service person, Dave, arrived on time and worked continuously until the job was done to perfection! He attended to every little detail until, not only were we satisfied, but he was satisfied that it was done as the best job possible under his high standards! We would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone looking for a new or replacement door. We just had it installed yesterday and already our friends and neighbors are making great comments of the look of the door and how quietly it operates. Thank you for having such a good product and a wonderful service staff!!

John and Anthony were timely and polite. They reviewed my problem and proceeded to fix it. They also gave me quotes on other things needed. I had a lot of rusty parts. I agreed to have them replace brackets and rollers. Done very quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend Precision and definitely John and Anthony.

Initial service call was quick response. Technician explained problem and made our garage door usable until new door could be installed. The second technician installed our new door and demonstrated working of the door with remote and key. Very efficient!

This morning I phoned Precision Door Service and was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. A truck with 2 workers arrived within a couple hours. A Technician evaluated the complaints, then explained the problems and options available. They worked diligently and corrected the issues promptly. Both workers were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend the company to others.
