Anthony called me to tell me he was on the way. Arrived exactly on time. Quickly determined course of action - my Genie needed to be replaced. We discussed 2 options. I chose one and he had it installed in about 1 and a half hours. Showed me how to use it and I programmed my remote. Delighted with my new Genie.
