I found precision doors on line. So I called and made a appointment. Their service man was on time this morning. My door was stuck closed, so he got it open and after inspection he replaced many old track wheels and 2 bad pulleys I had to repair this old door right now and will invest in a new door this coming spring.your service man was very noticeable and performed his job very well, my door works just as good and even better then befor thank you very much,I will make sure all my friends with garage doors no who to call if they have any problems.

Answered my original phone call and made me an appointment that fell within 24 hours. They let me know when they were on their way. They diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to take care the problem within 15 minutes. They did the job quickly, efficiently and clealnly. Recommend and I would call them again if needed.

I was quoted a price of $250 over the phone. When the technician arrived he said in would be $775 . I felt I needed to get another estimate. I was told there was a $49 service call fee which ended up being $56.76. I was charged a gasoline fee.. part of doing business. I would never recommend your company

From my initial call to the mechanic that performed the install, I was pleasantly surprised, and completely satisfied. I attempted to arrange a competitor of Precision to complete my repair, and after a week of back and forth, I gave up. I called Precision Door around 9:30am and the call center stated they would have a technician to complete the repair/installation by mid afternoon that same day. Anthony performed the installation, cleaned up behind himself, and was a perfect gentleman the entire time. Thank you Precision Door for being such a professional company.

Called today, and Anthony G., Technician , came to my house to install a keypad. While here, I asked Anthony to assess my existing garage door openers. Anthony was patient and explained / showed me some areas that needed attention so I added on some maintenance to my order today.
