They answered the phone with a human. The girl who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. They have Saturday hours for working people. They came out the same day and the technician was amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice person. The technician was Josh and he was just a pleasure to work with. He took his time and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door and Josh.

They evaluated my situation and installed a wonderful Genie garage door opener the same day! Anthony and Joe were personable, honest, and very efficient.
