They answered the phone with a human. The girl who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. They have Saturday hours for working people. They came out the same day and the technician was amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice person. The technician was Josh and he was just a pleasure to work with. He took his time and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door and Josh.

I called to set up an appointment for a garage door opener and was thrilled that Anthony and Joe arrived the next day. They evaluated my situation and installed a wonderful Genie garage door opener the same day! Anthony and Joe were personable, honest, and very efficient. They walked me through the operation and even synced my opener to my Subaru. Thank you Precision Door and especially Anthony ND Joe, for outstanding service. I love my opener!!!

The service was great. My only issue was that on the phone I was told the 50 dollar service fee would be waved if I get work done. We replaced the keypad for a 140 dollars but would not get rid of the service fee. It’s unfortunate because the service was great and quick.unfortunately Not sure if I would use precision again

Called at 7:30 in the morning and our garage door was fixed by 2:30 that afternoon. What more could we ask for! Aaron the service tech was excellent. He was on time , calling about 30 minutes out with an ETA, taking a look and providing 3 levels of repair estimates we could choose and completed the work thouroughly,, professionally and he was so easy to talk to and work with. I would recommend Precision to anyone without hesitation!

Josh explained all the options very carefully. He confirmed what I had been thinking for a while. Our 24-year-old opener had given all it was going to give. He worked quickly and efficiently to install the replacement. He also changed the rollers, so the door is now very quiet. That's a plus we did not expect. After the work was complete, he explained everything very clearly. We were even more pleased that you were able to respond and fix the problem the day after we called.

I needed a repair on my 9x7 metal garage door. I phoned Precision in the morning and their technician Anthony was here at 3 o’clock the same day . He took a look at the problem and resolved it in about 15 minutes. After the repair was completed I asked for information on a new garage door. Anthony provided me with a catalog and pricing. My wife and I decided to order a new door and we placed the order with Anthony. So far I was very pleased with their customer service and prompt attention to the problem I had. Everything was first class from the initial call setting up the appointment through the follow up and status notifications. Josh was a very skilled and knowledgeable technician who provided advice through the repair process and did not try to up sell me on products I didn’t need. He completed the installation of the new unit and outside keyless entry pad quickly. He cleaned up the work area and left with all the trash so I didn’t have anything more to do. He was also very patient showing me how to operate the lift and all the other features of the accessories. I would highly recommend your services to my friends and neighbors.
