After not hearing back from other companies I contacted I made a call to Precious door service. Not only did they call right back they were here the next day…and on time.my older garage door opener was not working, really inconvenient. Great service. Called in the morning, had my choice of time slots that afternoon. John, our technician, called to say he could be a few minutes early and was promptly at our home. He looked at our opener, explained our options and gave several pricing levels. Finished the job in the cold and dark and then fully explained the operations of the new opener. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were completely happy before leaving well past dinner time.
