I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service when one of my garage door opener remotes stopped working. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given an appointment the very next day. Anthony and Brandon showed up on time, diagnosed the issue with my remote, and thoroughly inspected both my garage doors for proper functioning. I was then given a thorough explanation of what was discovered, and advised as to what was needed, with costs for each choice. They then fixed the issue with my remote and performed the maintenance on my doors that I had agreed to. The work was done quickly, without any mess for me to clean up later. I was very impressed and pleased with my overall experience with Anthony and Brandon. The issues were addressed, I was fully informed about what was needed and why, and I was taught how to operate the newly installed items. Precision will be my go-to service provider for my garage doors for any issues I may have in the future!

This is the second time Precision has been out to our home. The first was to make minor adjustments and this time to rebuild the garage door opener. Service was courteous, professional, and fast. In a time where many companies make excuses for not being able to help, Precision did the opposite.
