I was pleased with the prompt response. After my initial call a technician was available that same day about two hours later. Unlike many companies I did not have to stay home all day waiting for a contractor/ technician. The repairs were completed in about an hour and all work related debris was cleaned up.For people who have busy schedules and want prompt and reliable service I recommend Precision.

Precision Garage Doors did a great job helping us select a new garage door. We looked at other high end doors w/ in insulation. Precision Garage Doors offered a reasonably priced product w/ good insulation and quality finish.They kept us informed monthly on the shipment delays due to COVID. The technicians who installed the door were excellent. They were timely and efficient.

Awesome job. I came home from a long road trip, opened my garage door, and it was dead. A spring had failed, damaged the cables, and the pulley was shot. I called on a Saturday, and Precision was at my house by Monday at noon. Josh was a great tech. We agreed to do both sides of the door with springs, cables, pulleys, and nylon rollers. It’s like a new door. It’s much quieter, and works effortlessly. Thank you Josh and Precision. I can’t wait to do the other door!
