What do you do when your ancient Craftsman garage door opener out-of-the blue is not working correctly?! YOU CALL PRECISION!!! I literally placed my call today..and Melissa (super sweet person who answered the phone) told me that they would have someone out TODAY (you read that right)!! Brandon (such a knowledgeable hardworking young man) came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me two options. I made my selection AND he had my new system in, working, AND installed a keypad as well..the same day and in an hour! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Doors!! I will not miss my noisy Craftsman garage door opening system!! My new system is VERY QUIET and will be worry-free for years to come!! THANK YOU MELISSA, BRANDON and PRECISION DOORS!! One of the glass window panes had a crack in it upon installation of my overhead door. I called to ask that it be replaced and within a few days it was taken care of with no cost to me and the same professional, courteous and friendly treatment I received with the initial installation.

This is the second time Precision has been out to our home. The first was to make minor adjustments and this time to rebuild the garage door opener. I called late in the afternoon and they responded that day. Aaron was very courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He presented me with a number of options. Upon deciding to rebuild the opener completely, he went quickly to work. We now have an extremely quiet garage door, like never before, complete with safety features like never before, and the convenience of an outside key pad. All equipment is covered by a lifetime warranty. Thank you Precision!

Service person, Joshua Classen, was right on time. Very well mannered and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and had very good work ethics. My doors are over 30 years old. Service was courteous, professional, and fast. In a time where many companies make excuses for not being able to help, Precision did the opposite. I called on Thursday morning for assistance in repairing my garage door and the technician (Mike M) was there the next day. He even called me to advise me of his location and approximate arrival time. He was friendly, honest, explained everything clearly, and finished the job in 20 mins. I was very satisfied with the price. If I hear any of my friends or family have garage door issues, I will definitely mention my positive experience and recommend Precision.

He surveyed my existing doors, explained the functionality and pointed out weakness that caused the issue with my garage door. I reviewed three options and selected best one for me today.
