I saw you when checking online for torsion spring replacements & went to your website. Everything sounded good so I made the call. The appointment was so easy to make for the next day. I was told the tech would call with an approximate time as he was finishing a prior job - he said 40 minutes & was here in 30! The job took 1/2 hour, he cleaned up & took everything out to his truck. He wore a mask & was very respectful. )Sorry about my overly friendly dog!) The billing process was also very easy & touchless. I’d definitely recommend you to anyone with a garage door problem.

They couldn't have been easier to deal with. Called on Friday, came on Sat. Finished the complete job in an hour with true professionalism. Recommended what it would take to fix it, offered upgrades when asked. Glad to perform the work and get it back working again. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again should I have a problem.

I have used Precision Garage Doors in the past, and chose them for a repair at a different house. Brian arrived even before the 4-hour window given, which was great. Sirs: Hello. Brian did a great job to replace my old, worn-out springs, installed also new pulleys, and new rollers for one of my garage doors. The other door, Brian fixed a misplaced S-hook that I had done, my mistakenly displacing the wire cable and re-hooking up because of my storing things between the spring and cables and the wall. Great job, Brian. All, within 30 minutes, and I secured this afternoon appointment despite calling late this morning.

I had a spring and a cable replaced on my garage door. Was happy with the repairman, he was nice and professional. Only reason for the low amount of stars was the astronomically high price I was charged. Total of $517 for a spring and cable...seemed very high to me.
