Sirs: Hello. Brian did a great job to replace my old, worn-out springs, installed also new pulleys, and new rollers for one of my garage doors. The other door, Brian fixed a misplaced S-hook that I had done, my mistakenly displacing the wire cable and re-hooking up because of my storing things between the spring and cables and the wall. Great job, Brian. All, within 30 minutes, and I secured this afternoon appointment despite calling late this morning.

I had a spring and a cable replaced on my garage door. Was happy with the repairman, he was nice and professional. Only reason for the low amount of stars was the astronomically high price I was charged. Total of $517 for a spring and cable...seemed very high to me.

Thank you so much for our new garage doors and or new door opener system! We have been wanting to replace our garage doors since we moved into the house 13 years ago. As homeowners we are shoppers, we went to the big houses such as Lowes and HD but they are products that they do not specialize in. The selection is limited. We finally made the decision to go with a specialist for the one product and we are so glad. They have lots of colors, designs and were able to keep within our budget. The salesman worked to give us a design to review quick with our homeowners association, and the approval process went quickly. We love the results and wish we had made the move to check this off our list sooner. We chose the taupe color - which blended well with the colors of our home. Double doors with designed windows, and a cottage door look - without the cottage door price. I give them a five star rating.

The technician sent to replace my broken spring, Brian, did an excellent job. Being curious, I asked a number of questions as I watched him work. Brian answered all my questions and did not seem to mind me watching him and inquiring about what he was doing. My only negative comment was that the overall cost seemed a little high. But, I did not shop around, so I do not really know if the Precision price was competitive or not. What I do know, one day after the work, was that Brian did the job professionally and the work appears to be first rate.
