Torsion spring broke the day before Easter and we were stuck. Called Precision Garage Door. Cody was at our house in a few hours and quickly assessed the situation. He was clear and concise and explained everything. He fixed the door in less than an hour. He was great. I would highly recommend him and Precision!

I needed my garage door opener checked out and had no idea where to call. I received the coupon mailer and saw an add and coupon sheet for Precision Door Service. I called and they made an appointment same day I couldn't believe it. The service technician Cody called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was more than professional and very pleasant. I was skeptical of being talked into or being sold and new garage door opener rather than a repair. Quite the opposite. Cody was so knowledgeable and new immediately what the problem was and repaired my garage door opener within an hour. Reset all my remotes and adjusted the springs even so there was less tension on the opening of the door. I was absolutely impressed. Everything was done and my garage door was working again. I used the coupon for the repair and the cost was so affordable I was sorry I hadn't called sooner. I do not typically write reviews, but I am in the service industry and know how important they are to a company so I had to complete one with the great service I received. This is a 5 star company for sure. Timely, efficient, courteous and affordable. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

Needed general maintenance on my garage door and call Precision. Telephone tech very friendly and helpful. Appointment was scheduled for the next day. Tech Gary Lewis arrived and went right to work. I found Gary to very pleasant, friendly, helpful and extremely courteous and very proficient in his job. He was very thorough and made sure my door was working to my satisfaction before he left. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing their garage door serviced and rate Gary Lewis as an EXCELLENT tech.

It turns out the opener worked after I requested the service call. I was very impressed with my technician, Cody. He was polite, he checked everything several times just to make sure nothing was wrong with the opener. Sorry I had to shell out the $$ but that's life.

The Technican (Gary) was pleasant & professional and the work was completed in a timely fashion (FIVE STARS for Technican) Springs have a 5 year warranty But..... You were an un-excusable 6 1/2 hours late, and since I made the appointment on Tuesday, you were actually 11 1/2 hours late because I should have been the 1st customer, not the last. I spoke with your customer service 4 times, and they never spoke about the extra Center Bearing, Hardware, & Disposal fees. So the $90 service fee savings was only a net savings of $22

Precision handled an emergency job repair on a Sunday and did a fantastic job. Our garage door which is 16x8 came off the tracks, at the top near the ceiling, and was hanging from a cable on one side and 1 roller on the other. Jim Dean, Precision's Technician, fixed the problem and did it in a way that safe and cost effective. Jim handled himself in a professional manner as did Dave at Precision's answering service. I have no problem recommending Precision and Jim to anyone. Quality workmanship and a job well done!

I am giving you a rating of 2 stars for 1) timely appointment and 2) pleasant technician. However, $770+ to repair a garage door is outrageous. I cannot/will not recommend your company to anyone who needs a similar service.
