Aaron Bean was so professional. He was courteous, friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the repair of my garage door. Now mind you, this door is an old wooden door (40+) years old and had original mechanisms. The repairs I decided to do, made my old door like brand new, which I am very pleased with. Thanks Aaron I appreciate your friendliness and politeness, your excellent work and the quickness of doing those repairs. The door is quiet opening and closing and safer with the sensors installed. The keypad and remotes are helpful as well. You deserve a 5-star rating. When I decide to get the other door done , as well, I certainly will ask for you.

Just had my top panel on my garage door replaced. The gentleman from Precision was polite, friendly & knowledgeable. It literally took him maybe 10 minutes at most to replace the single top panel. Looks great!! Dave also contacted his office my cables broke the other. He took a look at it, call his & said a tech will be right out. As Dave was leaving the tech showed up. It the process of that fix now. Thanks for the great service!!

Right from the start spoke with a live person upon calling for repair of my garage door. The technicians, Josh and Aaron, were very professional, explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand and left the area completely clean. Although cables were definitely needed, I opted for a much quieter garage door system and so some parts needed to be replaced and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Precision to others.
