Right from the start spoke with a live person upon calling for repair of my garage door. The technicians, Josh and Aaron, were very professional, explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand and left the area completely clean. Although cables were definitely needed, I opted for a much quieter garage door system and so some parts needed to be replaced and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Precision to others.

Today was a day much better than the past ones. Can’t find vaccine appt, so much wasted effort; also concerned about a balky garage door opener. Fortunately I chose your number! Selena was so patient . A good listener and very professional. I was was delighted to meet John within 2 hours at my door. He was able to diagnose my problem and clearly give me options.
