Our garage door suddenly stopped working. We are located in Wildwood Crest, NJ. We searched online for repair service who could service us down at the shore. We chose Precision based on the positive reviews. We called after hours to request service on our garage door, which stopped working. We explained our problem to the attendant and she immediately scheduled a technician for the following morning. The technician, Aaron Bean, called first thing in the morning and asked if he could come right over. He inspected the garage door then provided us with both a verbal and written estimates. We selected the estimate and he immediately started the work. He had everything he needed to complete the job in little over an hour. The garage had obstacles in the work area but he moved them himself. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely refer them to our friends and family.

Anthony Godleski Arrived as scheduled and introduce himself.Evaluated my garage system of 20 years. I purchase an overhaul/rebuild, springs,cables,rollers,drums,bearings weather stripping and an additional remote. You can tell he takes pride in his work, He was professional,experienced and explained everything. Before completion of the job he demonstrated what was done and had me test it. Brandon came within an hour of my call. And went through everything that could possibly be wrong with my garage door opener which was opening sometimes and not others. He spent the time trying everything. He could fix it and eventually found that the wiring Was not sending a steady signal to the motor. He wired it correctly and now it is working perfectly.
