Nice people. Be sure to view your invoice before it is posted on email. Charges there that were not relevant to me. It was adjusted and now I am happy. He also looked for issues that I declined as not relevant to my problem and they weren’t! Would call them again, but I would be cautious of the charges that came out of nowhere….

Great experience from beginning to end. Brandon provided the service and from start to finish was an hour and half. This was true same day service. He went over several options so I could make the best choice for me. So impressed that he could get everything done in one visit! I can't say enough positive things about Brandon. It was also very easy to schedule the appointment quickly.

Mike actually got here before the window I was given, which was great. He looked at the problem, which was a noisy opener. He provided me three options. I went with the cheapest (no pressure from Mike). He was done in less than an hour. I was very satisfied!

We had a great experience purchasing our replacement garage door and door opener. Our service person, Dave, arrived on time and worked continuously until the job was done to perfection! He attended to every little detail until, not only were we satisfied, but he was satisfied that it was done as the best job possible under his high standards! We would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone looking for a new or replacement door. We just had it installed yesterday and already our friends and neighbors are making great comments of the look of the door and how quietly it operates. I chose precision because of their reviews and they are well deserved. Our garage was like the North Pole until Mike weatherstripped the top and sides of the door. He also removed and replaced the bottom weatherstrip. Mike was prompt, polite and efficient. We are happy we called Precision!

John and Anthony were timely and polite. They reviewed my problem and proceeded to fix it. They also gave me quotes on other things needed. I had a lot of rusty parts. I agreed to have them replace brackets and rollers. Done very quickly and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend Precision and definitely John and Anthony.

Experienced a problem with my garage door that made it impossible to operate. Googled garage door repairs and found Precision. Called early in the morning and a live person answered and scheduled an immediate appointment. Mike was extremely professional. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions at an affordable price. 45 minutes later my garage door was fixed and fully operational. My sincere gratitude to the personnel at Precision. Would highly recommend to anyone! 5 star worthy for sure!

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door of South Jersey. First, they answered the phone and had a live receptionist, so I didn’t need to leave a message and wait for a response. They were very timely in scheduling to repair our garage door and had excellent communication with us about when they were due to arrive. They provided an assessment of the problem, as well as an estimate of the repair work to be done. Because they carried the parts we needed on their truck they were able to complete the repair immediately. They were very professional and did a superb job! Two thumbs up! I would highly recommend them and use them again if the need arises.
