From the time I placed the call to Precision at 1:01 PM to having your outstanding technician, Aaron Bean, pull up at 2:35 pm and have the entire repair completed in 1 hour is, again, IMPRESSIVE! Back in business with a garage door that now operates better than it has in years in less than 3 hours - absolutely amazing - thank you! The issue with the garage door was quickly identified and resolved. The service Tech was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant to work with. I was given several, well explained, repair options. My choice was carried out immediately and professionally. The service tech cleaned up after the repairs were made. Our garage door suddenly stopped working. We are located in Wildwood Crest, NJ. We searched online for repair service who could service us down at the shore. We chose Precision based on the positive reviews. We called after hours to request service on our garage door, which stopped working. We explained our problem to the attendant and she immediately scheduled a technician for the following morning. The technician, Aaron Bean, called first thing in the morning and asked if he could come right over. He inspected the garage door then provided us with both a verbal and written estimates. We selected the estimate and he immediately started the work. He had everything he needed to complete the job in little over an hour. The garage had obstacles in the work area but he moved them himself. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely refer them to our friends and family.

I can't Thank You enough for the quick service and the amazing, and very professional tech you sent out to do the repairs. Aaron Bean explained everything he would do and the prices for the different levels of repairs. Great work and you could see Aaron was proud of his work. Aaron replaced the broken springs and cable to both garage doors. he tightened up my weather stripping, adjusted both doors so they work correctly and smooth. they are also much more quiet running up and down.
