Called at 7:30 in the morning and our garage door was fixed by 2:30 that afternoon. What more could we ask for! Aaron the service tech was excellent. He was on time , calling about 30 minutes out with an ETA, taking a look and providing 3 levels of repair estimates we could choose and completed the work thouroughly,, professionally and he was so easy to talk to and work with. I would recommend Precision to anyone without hesitation!

I chose your company because I had seen the Precision Service trunk in my neighbor on other occasions. I had also used other companies and was never happy with their service. Aaron Bean the tech listened to the original issues and knew what to look for as well as what to look at. The age of the original door opener (2011) and the number of years it has been install pointed to an end of life motor issue. I am very happy with the new Genie 2128 Aaron installed, it's quiet as well as able to be controlled by an app on our devices.

He’s very knowledgeable about his craft, detailed and precise with his work from start to finish. He provided several options on how to proceed solving the issue and he gave his unbiased, expert opinion regarding the matter. And it’s reasonably priced too! Our 25 year old automatic garage doors at the Jersey Shore met with disaster when there was a power surge. Aaron Bean was the technician for this job. He arrived on time was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He diagnosed the problems and presented a solution and quote; pretty much a total rebuild. Aaron completed the work that day and the doors work perfectly! We were thrilled!!!…Oh, and yes we now have power surge protectors!!!!

Very professional, prompt and all in between. Was a pleasure to deal with precision doors and my tech. Did most of install myself and ran into a problem with the torsion bar not functioning. Had to install new torsion system because my Wayne dalton bar was not a serviceable unit. The tech was finished in 2hrs with him making adjustments as needed to my install. He made sure everything was within specifications. Extremely pleased with precision doors. Highly recommended.
