Friends of ours recommended Precision to us because they were so pleased with the work they did for them. I am so glad I followed their advice. Their representative, Anthony, was so courteous and knowledgeable about any questions I had about getting our older garage doors running better and installing a keypad lock . He did a great job - clean up was so good our garage is cleaner than when he arrived. Doors running smoother and quieter and lock working perfectly. I was able to fix my garage door with no problems. Quick inefficient gave me noticed as a possibility that the main spring could break because it wasn't their manufacturer. But anyhow, I told him go ahead and do it. And repair the cable, and if the spring breaks, it's on may, he was able to know.Repair the cable without breaking the spring.Very good, I appreciated it.Thank you

The springs on both of our 15 year-old garage doors were broken and the rollers’ bearings were screeching. I can’t say enough good things about Anthony, who is the ultimate professional, expertly restored our doors. My garage door's cables snapped making the door inoperable. In less than one day after contacting Precision they had my door totally rebuilt better than expected. The Precision Serviceman was Anthony Cellucci who was very professional and had all the materials in his truck to fix the door. Anthony Cellucci called ahead to confirm his arrival time, and arrived on time. He thoroughly examined the entire garage door and pulley system, and offered several options based on his observations and experience. He completed the repairs within the time he estimated, and made sure to show me all the repairs. He also explained how to lubricate the moving parts and a portion of the rails, and recommended a lubricant. Throughout all his work, he was very personable.

I had used Precision about 2+ years ago and when I started having issues with my keypad, I did not hesitate to give them a call. They go above and beyond any expectations with fair pricing and resolving any issues you may be experiencing. My tech, Anthony C. arrived at the time stated and was very professional. Resolved my issue by installing a new keypad, gave me several suggestions, and promptly gave me pricing. I wish more companies ran their business like Precision. Great experience dealing with them.
