This was my first time using Precision Door Service. I tried two other businesses but they did not have same day service. I called because I had a broken spring and could not open my garage door and could not get my car out and needed the door fixed right away. Precision came with in 90 min of my call. Anthony, the repair man. was polite knowledgeable and patient with me. He provided choices with pricing for each option for repair and without pressuring me he explained the pluses and minuses for each. Anthony had my door fixed in a bit more than an hour. He is excellent and from now on Prevision will be my first call.

Was having a problem with my garage doors opening on their own. I called this morning and Anthony Cellucci came this afternoon and tried to recreate the problem, but could not. After his careful discussion of “what ifs” I elected to have the maintenance performed to see if that would help. He carefully serviced both openers and they are working much smoother now.
