They go above and beyond any expectations with fair pricing and resolving any issues you may be experiencing. My tech, Anthony C. arrived at the time stated and was very professional. Their representative, Anthony, was so courteous and knowledgeable about any questions I had about getting our older garage doors running better and installing a keypad lock . I was able to fix my garage door with no problems. Quick inefficient gave me noticed as a possibility that the main spring could break because it wasn't their manufacturer. But anyhow, I told him go ahead and do it. And repair the cable, and if the spring breaks, it's on may, he was able to know.Repair the cable without breaking the spring.Very good, I appreciated it.Thank you

My garage door's cables snapped making the door inoperable. In less than one day after contacting Precision they had my door totally rebuilt better than expected. The Precision Serviceman was Anthony Cellucci who was very professional and had all the materials in his truck to fix the door.
