Was having a problem with my garage doors opening on their own. I called this morning and Anthony Cellucci came this afternoon and tried to recreate the problem, but could not. After his careful discussion of “what ifs” I elected to have the maintenance performed to see if that would help. He carefully serviced both openers and they are working much smoother now. On Thursday night we found the torsion spring on our garage door had broken. I called Precision garage door service and they said, they will send a service technician out on the very next day. I was able to fix my garage door with no problems. Quick inefficient gave me noticed as a possibility that the main spring could break because it wasn't their manufacturer. But anyhow, I told him go ahead and do it.
