Anthony Godleski was so professional competent he expeditiously installed a new genie garage door opener. Anthony took the time lubricate the door hinges and spring. Then programmed both my car remote as well as the house pad remote. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing work done right the first time. I just moved into my new house after being in my other house for 52 years and I never had a garage before I wanted my garage door fixed and fast , which your company provided . Anthony the nice gentleman was very helpful and pleasant . He gave me a estimate of two possibilities I decided to take the second price , which was more expensive . It replaced majority of the parts on my garage track. I will refer your company to anyone that ask . I live in a 55 and over community so majority of the home owners need help. I do admit it was expensive but like I said , I called and almost a hour later your company was here and a couple of hours later everything was done. So thank you for fast and expert service. I'm a person that wants something done yesterday and not wait for today, which your company provided . Like I said I will definitely refer your company to anyone that ask !!

Anthony looked at the broken cotter pin on the cable and text laced it temporarily. He is working on replacing the pins and brackets on both sides and will give me an estimate. Also will quote a new lightweight door. He was cordial and helpful in a difficult situation.

The service was great. My only issue was that on the phone I was told the 50 dollar service fee would be waved if I get work done. We replaced the keypad for a 140 dollars but would not get rid of the service fee. It’s unfortunate because the service was great and quick.unfortunately Not sure if I would use precision again

Very dependable and competent. Came one day after I called. Came at the time they said. Anthony figured out what issue was. Had everything needed to repair. And did not bleed me. I was able to afford dinner that night. ???? But seriously, would highly recommend.

I needed a repair on my 9x7 metal garage door. I phoned Precision in the morning and their technician Anthony was here at 3 o’clock the same day . He took a look at the problem and resolved it in about 15 minutes. After the repair was completed I asked for information on a new garage door. Anthony provided me with a catalog and pricing. My wife and I decided to order a new door and we placed the order with Anthony. So far I was very pleased with their customer service and prompt attention to the problem I had.
