Fantastic service from first immediately answered phone call to early arrival with phone call (welcomed early arrival!) to the technician Brandon who called and showed up, diagnosed, explained and replaced my older unit within an hour. He then helped program and explained all the features on the device, remotes and wifi capability. Flawless 10 Star service. Highly recommend.

Brandon got here ahead of schedule, quickly resolved the issue, and sold me on maintenance for both doors, which considering their age, I believe was well worth it.

Brandon came within an hour of my call. And went through everything that could possibly be wrong with my garage door opener which was opening sometimes and not others. He spent the time trying everything. He could fix it and eventually found that the wiring Was not sending a steady signal to the motor. He wired it correctly and now it is working perfectly. I won't hesitate to call precision again whenever I need something done with my garage door or opener.

One of the torsion springs on our double garage door decided to give up the ghost on Thanksgiving night. I called Friday morning and was given a window of 12-4pm same day. We already had plans for the day, but made sure that somebody would be there. I received a call from Brandon, who said he would actually be able to arrive earlier than expected. After he arrived, he called to ask permission to move my motorcycle out of the garage so he had room to perform the repair. Once done, he put it back where it was and took care not to damage it, or either of the vehicles in the garage. Brandon’s courtesy and professionalism throughout our interaction showed through. Kudos to him, and color this customer 100% satisfied!

Very pleased with the service provided today by Brandon Conover of Precision Door Service. He replaced the motor for one of my garage doors. He was pleasant, helpful and professional and I don't think you could ask for anything more than that.
