Opener stopped working 2 days before we were leaving for a trip. Friend of ours recommended Precision, called and they came the same afternoon. Tech was great, very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced opener and tuned up door operation within an hour. We left on trip as planned without having to worry about the door issue.

I chose Precision because they serviced the Chanberlin garage opener. The who answers my call was responsive to my request for service. She located a Servoce person near me who was available. When he arrived he immediately found the problem and fixed it. I strongly recommend Precision.

I was quoted a price of $250 over the phone. When the technician arrived he said in would be $775 . I felt I needed to get another estimate. I was told there was a $49 service call fee which ended up being $56.76. I was charged a gasoline fee.. part of doing business. I would never recommend your company
