The absolutely best service I personally ever experienced. The request call @ 3:20 was handled with a service window from 4:00-6:00 pm. The service rep. Josh, was at my house @ 4:00. After reviewing the problem a new unit was installed and complete service work was performed and COMPLETED by 5:00. Josh is knowledgeable and professional and just a great guy. I had a phenomenal experience two years ago having my new garage door system installed by Precision Garage Doors. I had a situation at the end of last week that I needed help with..called Precision and they were quick to put me on their calendar for Monday morning..and by 9:30 am my garage door problem was diagnosed, solved and working as good as new! After my problem was solved Josh, my technician, identified a structural problem with the door and explained how he could reinforce it..so a new steel plate was installed and our garage door system is working as good as new AND our garage door is stronger!!! Late this morning my cable broke on my garage door. My car was in the garage and there was no way of moving it. I called Precision garage doors and they said they could have someone out the same day. Josh came out and let me know what the issue was and what needed to be done. He explained everything to me and gave me other options as well. He was very knowledgeable and so nice.
