I choose your company because the man I had before retired and closed his business. my son-in-law referred your company to me. He made the call for the appointment. Your technician Joshua Danser was very, very courteous and professional. He was very helpful and explaining what was wrong and why the spring broke. He then proceeded to tell me how he was going to fix the new spring. Josh was a very polite gentlemen. Thank you

Old, wooden overhead door wouldn't open and was slowly deteriorating. Searched Google for local companies with quick response and couldn't be more pleased with yours. Decided it was time to replace instead of repair. Installer Jeremy DiPietro arrived on time and did an awesome job. Not only is he personable and friendly, but is knowledgeable, a hard worker, and left the garage cleaner than when he arrived. New door looks great and the entire experience, from first phone call through installation, exceeded my expectations - thanks to Lyndsay and Josh for all of your assistance, and thank you Jeremy for a wonderful job on the installation!

Everyone at Precision Garage Door Service involved with the repair process was helpful starting with the representative that answered the phone call for repair service. They were flexible with making an appointment that fit my schedule. It was great to have a 2 hour window of arrival instead of 4 hours which seams to be the industry standard. I was informed via text, email and phone call when the service person was going to arrive. Josh D. was the employee who did the work on our garage door. He arrived with the 2 hour window and was professional and courteous. He presented us with all of the available options to restore functionality. We also updated the cables, bearing and rollers since we use our garage a the main entry point into our home. Work was completed in about an hour . I will be using Precision Garage Door Service for my future garage door repair needs.

It is increasingly difficult to find workmen/firms who deliver as promised. Precision is one of those. From our first call (MLK Day!) to the completion of the job that afternoon, everything was as it should be. The first call (at 8:15 am) was handled promptly and courteously. We agreed on a time which would meet my schedule. (I am a doctor.) A subsequent text confirmed it. 30 minutes before the appointment time, the technician (Josh) called to say he was 30 minutes away. He arrived, assessed the malfunction, gave me an estimate, and repaired the (16 foot!) garage door. Nothing could be smoother. Precision is now my go-to firm for garage door repairs.

Josh Danser did a great job installing two garage door openers, springs, cables, rollers, remotes, and keypads. He also helped us connect both of our cars to the garage door openers. Plus, we had a very old light switch he was able to connect to our cars. Josh was very courteous, professional, helpful, and answered all our questions. Our door wouldn’t work, it was after 5. We were so frustrated. Looked online and found this company was open until 8 and we called, spoke to the nicest person who was able to send someone next day! All our frustrations were gone. Then the technician was able to come an hour earlier, but called first to see if it was OK. He was great, an extension of the already excellent service! I highly recommend this company!
