Yesterday I met Josh Dansel, the nicest guy! It was just something about him. He was honest, thoughtful, and patient. I hope all of your workmen are very similar like Josh! Happy Holidays????! I didn’t purchase the Garage Remote, I went and bought a battery… you don’t have a section where I can click no purchase…where you have “Service Performed” I told Josh, I’ll try a battery or buy one on my own. Thank you! I can’t submit unless I choose an option. Why is that?

Josh Danser did a great job installing two garage door openers, springs, cables, rollers, remotes, and keypads. He also helped us connect both of our cars to the garage door openers. Plus, we had a very old light switch he was able to connect to our cars. Josh was very courteous, professional, helpful, and answered all our questions. Our door wouldn’t work, it was after 5. We were so frustrated. Looked online and found this company was open until 8 and we called, spoke to the nicest person who was able to send someone next day! All our frustrations were gone. Then the technician was able to come an hour earlier, but called first to see if it was OK. He was great, an extension of the already excellent service! I highly recommend this company!
