Everyone at Precision Garage Door Service involved with the repair process was helpful starting with the representative that answered the phone call for repair service. They were flexible with making an appointment that fit my schedule. It was great to have a 2 hour window of arrival instead of 4 hours which seams to be the industry standard. I was informed via text, email and phone call when the service person was going to arrive. Josh D. was the employee who did the work on our garage door. He arrived with the 2 hour window and was professional and courteous. He presented us with all of the available options to restore functionality. We also updated the cables, bearing and rollers since we use our garage a the main entry point into our home. Work was completed in about an hour . I will be using Precision Garage Door Service for my future garage door repair needs.

From our first call (MLK Day!) to the completion of the job that afternoon, everything was as it should be. The first call (at 8:15 am) was handled promptly and courteously. We agreed on a time which would meet my schedule. (I am a doctor.) A subsequent text confirmed it. 30 minutes before the appointment time, the technician (Josh) called to say he was 30 minutes away. He arrived, assessed the malfunction, gave me an estimate, and repaired the (16 foot!) garage door. Nothing could be smoother. Precision is now my go-to firm for garage door repairs.
