I contacted Precision to repair a broken spring and pulley for my garage. They were incredibly prompt and professional in their response. The technician who made the repairs is named Josh. I needed a new garage overhead door and called the company and was very happy with the results. Jeremy DiPietro was the employee who came to my house and installed the new door. He was very pleasant and dressed nice and just great person who came to help me. He knew the job extremely well and worked very hard. I am so happy and pleased with the door. I just wish Precision did other doors like a regular garage door on the side of my garage. The work is very well done and like I said I am very happy with the results of my new door.
