I contacted Precision to repair a broken spring and pulley for my garage. They were incredibly prompt and professional in their response. The technician who made the repairs is named Josh. Josh was also prompt in his arrival, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the garage in no time! I am completely satisfied with the repairs!

I needed a new garage overhead door and called the company and was very happy with the results. Jeremy DiPietro was the employee who came to my house and installed the new door. He was very pleasant and dressed nice and just great person who came to help me. He knew the job extremely well and worked very hard. I am so happy and pleased with the door. I just wish Precision did other doors like a regular garage door on the side of my garage. The work is very well done and like I said I am very happy with the results of my new door.

One word could only describe Precision Door Service.... FABULOUS! I called late in the afternoon and spoke to a live representative in the office and she was very nice and professional (unfortunately I do not remember her name, sorry). She was able to provide me with an appointment the very next morning, which I was not expecting. I later received a text message reminder of my scheduled appointment. I received a phone call the morning of my scheduled appointment at 8:01 from Josh, my repair man, stating that he would be there within five minutes. Josh was very thorough and explained everything in detail, so there were no surprises. Once I authorized the repairs to be performed, he completed the job in less than one hour. I couldn't be more satisfied with their prompt service and professionalism. I'll definitely be using them for any future issues and will refer them to friends and family. Thank you!

They answered the phone with a human. The girl who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. They have Saturday hours for working people. They came out the same day and the technician was amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice person. The technician was Josh and he was just a pleasure to work with.
