Josh explained all the options very carefully. He confirmed what I had been thinking for a while. Our 24-year-old opener had given all it was going to give. He worked quickly and efficiently to install the replacement. He also changed the rollers, so the door is now very quiet. That's a plus we did not expect. After the work was complete, he explained everything very clearly. We were even more pleased that you were able to respond and fix the problem the day after we called.

Everything was first class from the initial call setting up the appointment through the follow up and status notifications. Josh was a very skilled and knowledgeable technician who provided advice through the repair process and did not try to up sell me on products I didn’t need. He completed the installation of the new unit and outside keyless entry pad quickly. He cleaned up the work area and left with all the trash so I didn’t have anything more to do. He was also very patient showing me how to operate the lift and all the other features of the accessories. I would highly recommend your services to my friends and neighbors.
