When I called to inquire about getting an estimate to replace my single garage door, the office staff person (sorry I don't remember her name) was very courteous and detailed in getting the information, which she needed to schedule the date/time for someone to come out to do the estimate. On the date and time given, Mike Miller called ahead to let me know that he was on his way...I appreciated that very much! Upon arrival, Mike was very courteous, professional, and thorough in examining my garage door situation. He explained things that need to be done, and the timeline for doing the job. When I am ready to move forward with this project, I will be contacting Precision. Thank you.

Service was so good. The technician Mike was great he got done exactly what we needed. We had another company come out before hand and tell us to install an opener was impossible because of a support beam not giving enough clearance.
