Brian came out same day that I called with a broken door spring and repaired it quickly. He recommends new sealed bearings on door rollers and made the door run much smoother. It was my first time calling and I will definitely use Percision Door Repair again.

This morning I phoned Precision Door Service and was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. A truck with 2 workers arrived within a couple hours. I went on the computer looking for a company that was close and who could repair my garage door. I called and the woman stated they could send someone out that day. I asked if they could come on Wednesday and she stated someone would be out between 10 and 12, but would call first. Person called and came in about 20 mins. He gave me a price and I asked when he could come back. He stated he could do the repair right then if I wanted. Said please fix now and he did. I was really impressed with him, the work, and your company. I will recommend your company to anyone who needs their garage door repaired. Repair persons name was Brian.
