I had an appointment for Saturday to replace a broken cable, not knowing my neighbor also had issues with their garage doors on Thursday . I talked with the technician, when Anthony was finished with my neighbors repair he was able to replace cables and preventive maintenance on both of our garage doors. I would recommend Precision door service and Anthony to take care of any issues with your garage doors.

I contacted Precision to repair a broken spring and pulley for my garage. They were incredibly prompt and professional in their response. The technician who made the repairs is named Josh. Josh was also prompt in his arrival, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the garage in no time! I am completely satisfied with the repairs!

Our technician John showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door motor. He replaced the motor and all the associated items and thoroughly explained how to use the new equipment.
