Nice people. Be sure to view your invoice before it is posted on email. Charges there that were not relevant to me. It was adjusted and now I am happy. He also looked for issues that I declined as not relevant to my problem and they weren’t! Would call them again, but I would be cautious of the charges that came out of nowhere….

What do you do when your ancient Craftsman garage door opener out-of-the blue is not working correctly?! YOU CALL PRECISION!!! I literally placed my call today..and Melissa (super sweet person who answered the phone) told me that they would have someone out TODAY (you read that right)!! Brandon (such a knowledgeable hardworking young man) came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me two options. I made my selection AND he had my new system in, working, AND installed a keypad as well..the same day and in an hour! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Doors!! I will not miss my noisy Craftsman garage door opening system!! My new system is VERY QUIET and will be worry-free for years to come!! THANK YOU MELISSA, BRANDON and PRECISION DOORS!!
