I called on Thursday morning for assistance in repairing my garage door and the technician (Mike M) was there the next day. Unfortunately the information I received yesterday wasn't what I expected. With that being said, I was l informed your service would only include the removal and installation of the garage door's, not the electrical work for the automatic door opener... I would have to find my own Electrican. Suggestion: With your being in the business that you're in, It would be easier for your potential customers, clients, consumers, if you would provide them with a "Electrical Contractor" you recommend. You may also consider the possibility networking or partnering with a electrical contractor... Having to search for an Electrican and explain to them what you need, only makes it more difficult than what it should be to get the job done. Why advertise the "Automatic Door Openers" if it's contingent on another contractor to complete the job:) Respectfully submitted, Happy Holidays
