Great service. Called in the morning, had my choice of time slots that afternoon. John, our technician, called to say he could be a few minutes early and was promptly at our home. He looked at our opener, explained our options and gave several pricing levels. Finished the job in the cold and dark and then fully explained the operations of the new opener. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were completely happy before leaving well past dinner time.

Fast same day service on a Friday evening after my door jammed, cable unspooled, and came off tracks. Door was stuck half open. Fully fixed in about an hour and a half from phone call. highly recommend.

Today was a day much better than the past ones. Can’t find vaccine appt, so much wasted effort; also concerned about a balky garage door opener. Fortunately I chose your number! Selena was so patient . A good listener and very professional. I was was delighted to meet John within 2 hours at my door. He was able to diagnose my problem and clearly give me options. His truck was equipped to immediately to solve my dilemma. He also was courteous and pleasant and gave clear explanations and directions. I will be pleased to recommend your company for service and replacement needs. Here we are 31/2 hours later and work is completed!!!
