Very professional company with courteous and qualified employees, including the administrative staff. Joshua Panser was the technician that handled my service call. He was prompt and well spoken. He assessed the issues causing the garage door to malfunction, explained the scope of work and provided a cost estimate and alternatives. Once we arrived at a plan he undertook the work and completed it within a hour. I’d recommend Precision to anyone in need of the services the company provides and certainly would welcome having Joshua as the technician handling the service call.
