Awesome job. I came home from a long road trip, opened my garage door, and it was dead. A spring had failed, damaged the cables, and the pulley was shot. I called on a Saturday, and Precision was at my house by Monday at noon. Josh was a great tech. We agreed to do both sides of the door with springs, cables, pulleys, and nylon rollers. It’s like a new door. It’s much quieter, and works effortlessly. Thank you Josh and Precision. I can’t wait to do the other door!

Right from the start spoke with a live person upon calling for repair of my garage door. The technicians, Josh and Aaron, were very professional, explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand and left the area completely clean. Although cables were definitely needed, I opted for a much quieter garage door system and so some parts needed to be replaced and I am very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Precision to others.

Experienced a problem with my garage door that made it impossible to operate. Googled garage door repairs and found Precision. Called early in the morning and a live person answered and scheduled an immediate appointment. Mike was extremely professional. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions at an affordable price. 45 minutes later my garage door was fixed and fully operational. They were very timely in scheduling to repair our garage door and had excellent communication with us about when they were due to arrive.
