Called and was told a technician would be available with in 4 hour window THAT DAY! Technician called to say he would be there in one half hour on schedule. Technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. It was a significant issue, he provided alternatives, and proceeded to fix the problem. Great communication timely arrival, prompt service.
