I got your company number from my neighbor who had used your company and was very happy with the work that was done. Your technician Anthony Cellucci was very professional and knowledgeable and he explained all the options that were available to us. He replaced the rollers, springs, extension cabels, bottom seal, 2 Genie motors and belt rails. He also replaced the wall pads and remote controls. My first time with Precision. I was having problems with a 14 yr old Liftmaster opener which I purchased through another company but I was unhappy with the service over the years. Phil came out to assess the situation and it was like a breath of fresh air. Very professional, very knowledgeable and very thorough. He did a multipoint inspection starting with the small items and working up to the opener itself, giving detailed explanations as how each item could be causing the problem and why, answering all of my questions with a great deal of patience and detail. The technicians are super nice and explain what the problem was and how they fixed it. Brian was here today and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. Nice guy. Has been here before.
