I called for service as my last company proved to me they could install a door but failed horribly installing the opener. Luckily Rob from Precision figured out where the other company cut a corner as to hit and run. Rob installed sensors that matched the opener as they are not all the same. Communication before arrival was great. Dont want to put prices but im really happy with Precision. They are Great. Highly recommend!

My husband chose Precision based on your great reviews. Our garage door opener mechanisiam snapped and we could no longer use it. He called on Sunday and Monday Jules showed up to either repair or replace. As it was 20 years old and builder grade we chose to replace it. He had the units on the truck, explained our options and we chose our unit. Jules was friendly, professional and in about 2 hours we had a new, totally quiet unit! Not only that the price was very reasonable. Thank you Jules, you're the best.

Was having a problem with my garage doors opening on their own. I called this morning and Anthony Cellucci came this afternoon and tried to recreate the problem, but could not. After his careful discussion of “what ifs” I elected to have the maintenance performed to see if that would help. He carefully serviced both openers and they are working much smoother now. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to call Precision again when I have future issues.
