Excellent service! I called at 2pm and 'Mike' was in my driveway by 3pm and garage door was fixed by 4pm. I had to cancel two appointments since we couldn't get out of the garage and had no idea how we were going to get anywhere the next day. I would use them again and again and again. (Just make sure you book online since the phone numbers listed on the website for Cape May Co. and Atlantic Co. were inoperable. I was prompted twice to select 1 to speak to someone and then disconnected each time.)

Your Tech Rob Singletary arrived right on time. He inspected the situation and pointed out several major problems. I told him that we had discussed replacing the door. In Fact a house close by had one that my wife really liked. I drove Rob there and he took photos of it. He then sent the photos to a sales person who provided the necessary info to create a contract for a new door. Rob went over every thing with me and I gave him a deposit for the job.
