Excellent service! Called Precision from work at 9:45 in the morning and had a repair service technician at my home by 10:30 that same morning. The technician "Brian" was professional and friendly, explaining what needed to be replaced and why. With the exception of the door itself and the rails, everything else (coil springs, cables, drums, wheels, opener / track, etc.) was replaced and ready to go in less than three hours. Amazing work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This is the 2nd time using Precision for my Garage Doors and have nothing but satisfaction for fixing the problem. The recent call was to have my garage door motors replaced. I was beyond satisfied. Jules was very professional, knowledgeable and represented the Company very well. Got right to the job, explained how to operate. Called Precision about garage door issues and they were out the next day. Brian the installer seemed very knowledgable with what he was doing also very friendly and approachable about questions that I had. He replaced springs,rollers,bearings and a lower door seal as well as adjusting the travel of my door. I am very pleased with the company from the initial call and appointment setup to the arrival of Brian and the communication throughout . I would highly suggest Precision for any garage door problems that you may encounter.

My technician Anthony Cellucci was punctual and polite. He observed the problem very quickly after a few tests. A new keypad was needed to resolve my problem. He installed the keypad and tested the system to make sure everything was working properly. The service was great! I certainly would recommend the company.

Arrived at the exact time I was told. After an evaluation of my door I was advised of exactly what needed to be done, and offered suggestions for some other maintenance issues that were noticed. Two years ago, we used Precision to replace our two garage doors, including the openers. Yesterday, we had a technician come out just to give everything a tune-up. The technician was excellent. He checked everything out, made some necessary adjustments, and explained everything he did. He even went the extra mile and showed us how to operate our garage doors using an app. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. What else could you ask for?

I would like to give a review on Josh Danser. I do not do Google Reviews, so I am writing an email. Josh serviced our garage door on April 9, 2025. He contacted us to let us know that he would be arriving in twenty minutes. This was the first time we used Precision, however, when Josh arrived, he put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable and professional, yet had a very easy-going personality which made us very comfortable with him. He replaced the springs and gables to our garage door. I had a bad spring that was causing issues with my door. Phil Ruby was the tech that performed the repair. He informed me that my springs needed replacement as well as the cables, and a brace on the door that was pulled out of the door. Phil is a great technician who provided informative and excellent service. He answered all my questions, and has a friendly personality. Would use Phil and Precision for any future repairs.

This was my first time using Precision Door Service. I tried two other businesses but they did not have same day service. I called because I had a broken spring and could not open my garage door and could not get my car out and needed the door fixed right away. Precision came with in 90 min of my call. Anthony, the repair man. was polite knowledgeable and patient with me. He provided choices with pricing for each option for repair and without pressuring me he explained the pluses and minuses for each. Anthony had my door fixed in a bit more than an hour. He is excellent and from now on Prevision will be my first call.
