Anthony was very professional. 15 min before the scheduled time, he informed he was on his way. When he arrived, he gave me options to look at - repairing what is needed or other options that I could add. He gave me a clear estimate and then proceeded to do the work thoroughly. Later, he explained the set up process. All in all, a thorough job. Would highly recommend Anthony as well as Precision door service.

Called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service late Wednesday and by 9:00 am Precision was at my door to repair my garage door. Anthony Cellucci, a Precision employee repaired my door in about an hour and a half. He was friendly and courteous and very experienced. Great job Anthony.

I needed a new garage overhead door and called the company and was very happy with the results. Jeremy DiPietro was the employee who came to my house and installed the new door. He was very pleasant and dressed nice and just great person who came to help me. He knew the job extremely well and worked very hard. I am so happy and pleased with the door. I just wish Precision did other doors like a regular garage door on the side of my garage. The work is very well done and like I said I am very happy with the results of my new door.

Aaron Bean was the most pleasant person to talk to about all my garage issues (and trust me there were a lot) he convinced me this is the perfect company to hire when he was genuinely concerned about the door falling on my husband and I and our child. To ensure safety he did a quick fix. If I could give him more than five stars, I would hands-down one of the best people to talk to about anything that is related to garage repair. Amazing service !!! I called at 3 o’clock pm and John showed up in less than 2 hours ! He solved my problem in minutes and neatened up some wiring at no extra cost! When I read their ad on Google … that they are available 24/7 … I figured there must be a catch ! … nope ! …no catch! … they are “as advertised” … amazing ! My garage door broke and wouldn’t open. I called at 10am and the same day at 2pm a technician Anthony Cellucci arrived and repaired/replaced springs, cables, rollers, etc within 1 1/2hrs. He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use Precision for any future Issues!

I can't Thank You enough for the quick service and the amazing, and very professional tech you sent out to do the repairs. Aaron Bean explained everything he would do and the prices for the different levels of repairs. Great work and you could see Aaron was proud of his work. Aaron replaced the broken springs and cable to both garage doors. he tightened up my weather stripping, adjusted both doors so they work correctly and smooth. they are also much more quiet running up and down.

One word could only describe Precision Door Service.... FABULOUS! I called late in the afternoon and spoke to a live representative in the office and she was very nice and professional (unfortunately I do not remember her name, sorry). She was able to provide me with an appointment the very next morning, which I was not expecting. I later received a text message reminder of my scheduled appointment. I received a phone call the morning of my scheduled appointment at 8:01 from Josh, my repair man, stating that he would be there within five minutes. Josh was very thorough and explained everything in detail, so there were no surprises. Once I authorized the repairs to be performed, he completed the job in less than one hour. I couldn't be more satisfied with their prompt service and professionalism. I'll definitely be using them for any future issues and will refer them to friends and family. Thank you!
