Service was courteous, professional, and fast. In a time where many companies make excuses for not being able to help, Precision did the opposite. I called on Thursday morning for assistance in repairing my garage door and the technician (Mike M) was there the next day. He even called me to advise me of his location and approximate arrival time. He was friendly, honest, explained everything clearly, and finished the job in 20 mins. I was very satisfied with the price. If I hear any of my friends or family have garage door issues, I will definitely mention my positive experience and recommend Precision.

I was pleased with the prompt response. After my initial call a technician was available that same day about two hours later. Unlike many companies I did not have to stay home all day waiting for a contractor/ technician. Experienced a problem with my garage door that made it impossible to operate. Googled garage door repairs and found Precision. Called early in the morning and a live person answered and scheduled an immediate appointment. Mike was extremely professional. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and offered several solutions at an affordable price. 45 minutes later my garage door was fixed and fully operational. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door of South Jersey. First, they answered the phone and had a live receptionist, so I didn’t need to leave a message and wait for a response. They were very timely in scheduling to repair our garage door and had excellent communication with us about when they were due to arrive. They provided an assessment of the problem, as well as an estimate of the repair work to be done. Because they carried the parts we needed on their truck they were able to complete the repair immediately. They were very professional and did a superb job! Two thumbs up! I would highly recommend them and use them again if the need arises.
