I can’t thank you enough for the expedient response in handling my garage door malfunction today. Unexpectedly, my garage door spring mechanism snapped. It was 1:45pm and I immediately went online to look up a service provider in my area and your company was the first one that popped up. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed that a 2-6pm appt was available. What a relief! But better still, the technician, Aaron Bean, arrived in less than 20 mins! While he worked I went online again and saw his reviews. He met all the expectations from all those reviews and he did a wonderful job! Such a pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable young man. It is increasingly difficult to find workmen/firms who deliver as promised. Precision is one of those. From our first call (MLK Day!) to the completion of the job that afternoon, everything was as it should be. The first call (at 8:15 am) was handled promptly and courteously. We agreed on a time which would meet my schedule. (I am a doctor.) A subsequent text confirmed it. 30 minutes before the appointment time, the technician (Josh) called to say he was 30 minutes away. He arrived, assessed the malfunction, gave me an estimate, and repaired the (16 foot!) garage door. Nothing could be smoother. Precision is now my go-to firm for garage door repairs.

Service was scheduled within a day of calling. I received a text & phone call with time of tech arrival. Anthony explained several options for fixing our garage door spring along with the cost of each. Work was done in a timely matter. Work area was left clean & all material removed. Anthony made sure all keypads were operational. Very happy with service
