Two years ago, we used Precision to replace our two garage doors, including the openers. Yesterday, we had a technician come out just to give everything a tune-up. The technician was excellent. He checked everything out, made some necessary adjustments, and explained everything he did. He even went the extra mile and showed us how to operate our garage doors using an app. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. What else could you ask for?

I would like to give a review on Josh Danser. I do not do Google Reviews, so I am writing an email. Josh serviced our garage door on April 9, 2025. He contacted us to let us know that he would be arriving in twenty minutes. This was the first time we used Precision, however, when Josh arrived, he put us at ease. He was very knowledgeable and professional, yet had a very easy-going personality which made us very comfortable with him. He replaced the springs and gables to our garage door. I had a bad spring that was causing issues with my door. Phil Ruby was the tech that performed the repair. He informed me that my springs needed replacement as well as the cables, and a brace on the door that was pulled out of the door. Phil is a great technician who provided informative and excellent service. He answered all my questions, and has a friendly personality. Would use Phil and Precision for any future repairs.

This was my first time using Precision Door Service. I tried two other businesses but they did not have same day service. I called because I had a broken spring and could not open my garage door and could not get my car out and needed the door fixed right away. Precision came with in 90 min of my call. Anthony, the repair man. was polite knowledgeable and patient with me. He provided choices with pricing for each option for repair and without pressuring me he explained the pluses and minuses for each. Anthony had my door fixed in a bit more than an hour. He is excellent and from now on Prevision will be my first call.

He explained the equipment and materials needed to install an opener that will work best in my garage. He took extra time to answer all questions. Rob S. and Mike were on time and did an excellent job with replacing (2) thirty five year old chain drive garage door openers with (2) brand new Liftmaster belt drive garage door openers. Both men work very efficient and take pride in their quality of workmanship. I would highly recommend Precision Door based on my personal experience with them. They are a "legitimate" garage door installation company and not one of the many fake companies with fake websites which send unknown men to your house with absolutely no experience. My 4 star review is based on their somewhat inflated pricing.
