Having used Precision before, I had no hesitation calling again. The technician was friendly, meticulous, and went beyond my expectations in the fact that he even blew the leaves out of my garage after he was finished with the repairs (what an unexpected surprise!). That extra kindness was greatly appreciated. The door works perfectly and work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Everyone at Precision Garage Door Service involved with the repair process was helpful starting with the representative that answered the phone call for repair service. They were flexible with making an appointment that fit my schedule. It was great to have a 2 hour window of arrival instead of 4 hours which seams to be the industry standard. I was informed via text, email and phone call when the service person was going to arrive. Josh D. was the employee who did the work on our garage door. He arrived with the 2 hour window and was professional and courteous. He presented us with all of the available options to restore functionality. We also updated the cables, bearing and rollers since we use our garage a the main entry point into our home. Work was completed in about an hour . I will be using Precision Garage Door Service for my future garage door repair needs.

Gargage door technician was very professional showing up promptly on time. My older door had some issues besides the broken cables and old coil springs. The tech replaced with new torsion springs , cables and new hardware. Then proceeded to fine tune all final adjustments explaining everything he was doing along the way of which I greatly appreciated. Thanks for everything

Quick response, very professional and repair was done in less than an hour. Aaron Beam immediately recognized the issues and advised me of the solutions. Aaron took his time to explain to me what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. When the job was completed, he walked me through everything once again to make sure I was satisfied. You don’t realize how important your garage door opener is until it doesn’t work! It was 6am when I searched for a service company, found Precision, called and Christine answered, what a relief! Then to find out that Jules the technician can come the same day really made my day. Jules arrived with a smile and got right to work. The door lift system needed quite a bit of work and he was here for a few hours. It’s now fully operational, much quieter than it was before and we’re able to lift it open if we lose power because of the new springs he installed. THANK YOU Precision!
