I had a phenomenal experience two years ago having my new garage door system installed by Precision Garage Doors. I had a situation at the end of last week that I needed help with..called Precision and they were quick to put me on their calendar for Monday morning..and by 9:30 am my garage door problem was diagnosed, solved and working as good as new! After my problem was solved Josh, my technician, identified a structural problem with the door and explained how he could reinforce it..so a new steel plate was installed and our garage door system is working as good as new AND our garage door is stronger!!! What a positive experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Thanks Precision and Josh!!!

We were having problems with our garage door opener. Josh came out and quickly took care of the problem. He said our opener was still in good condition and saw no other problem. He also fid not charge us a service fee since we had work just last year on.our garage door.That I thought was extremely nice and very professional. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

What we thought was a simple remote replacement became more complex actually needing a new motor. The technician explained everything every step of the way even trying to save money if possible. I was able to fix my garage door with no problems. Quick inefficient gave me noticed as a possibility that the main spring could break because it wasn't their manufacturer. But anyhow, I told him go ahead and do it. And repair the cable, and if the spring breaks, it's on may, he was able to know.Repair the cable without breaking the spring.Very good, I appreciated it.Thank you

Josh was open and honest and we discussed several options including a general tune up and as a preventive measure based on the age of the door, new springs.
