Jules let me know when he was on his way and was on time. He explained the workings of my system and options to replace my 25 year old garage door opener. There was no hard sell and he showed me that the major parts where in good shape. He installed a new opener and set up all the remotes and showed how they all worked. Nice to know my system is in good shape. He is a nice young man, knows his service and I am happy to refer him and this company for service. The new opener came with all the remotes that I needed. The web site gave a lot of useful information to help make me an informed consumer.

Jules was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about our garage door. He took time to explain what he was gonna do or what we could wait to do if we chose. My husband sat in the garage, watching him work and he explained everything he was doing to him. Jules was very patient when answering my husband’s questions. Late this morning my cable broke on my garage door. My car was in the garage and there was no way of moving it. I called Precision garage doors and they said they could have someone out the same day. My garage door's cables snapped making the door inoperable. In less than one day after contacting Precision they had my door totally rebuilt better than expected. The Precision Serviceman was Anthony Cellucci who was very professional and had all the materials in his truck to fix the door. Mr Cellucci was on time, courteous, kept a clean work area and had the expertise to fix the door quickly and correctly.

Precessional and expert advise that is backed by qualified technicians. I have Aaron helped with installing a new tension cable system to replace an old system that was noisy and constantly causing issues with the cable. With the new system and 5yr warranty, I am at ease with not having to worry about when the garage door cable will break again.
