On Thursday night we found the torsion spring on our garage door had broken. I called Precision garage door service and they said, they will send a service technician out on the very next day. Anthony Castiglione was our service technician and he inspected the garage door cables, end bearings and the torsion cables. He when over what replacement parts were needed. Anthony did a great job. My chat was instant. I recorded the problem. A technician was dispatched by 2pm and not only fixed the issue, "tuned up the door" but also was able to install a key pad on a different door. All this was done with courtesy and efficiency. Aaron Bean was a delightful young man. Keep hiring such well trained individuals.

Keypad for garage door opener did not work consistently. Technician came out and replaced keypad. Warrantied it, so no charge. Whole job took 10-15 minutes. Great customer service.

Amazing service! Called Precision about 4PM requesting help with a malfunctioning garage door opener. Was told a technician would visit my home between 4 and 6 PM. Technician Jules Roldan arrived before 6pm, conducted an inspection and diagnosed the problem as being in the opener motor. He removed the circuit board, showed me evidence of sparking and recommended a new motor. Old unit was 11 years old. He worked up an estimate which included all accessories and explained exactly what was to be done. I accepted the estimate and within 45 minutes he had installed a more powerful motor, new controls and new control elements (I call them clickers). Walked my wife and I through the new system. Courteous and very competent young man. You folks replaced my door springs a while back. You use the best products and professional installers. I highly recommend Precision!

I obtained estimates from several garage door companies in the Delaware Valley. Precision Garage Doors was by far the best price for same quality garage door. I called and had an appointment the next day. Precision Garage Door estimator Phil took the time to call me in the morning due to getting tied up on an earlier job to ascertain if it would be ok if our appointment time may be slightly late. No issues, Phil was there shortly. He took the time to listen to my wishes and concerns, and provided thorough answers and several options regarding my particular job. Exceptional & first class professionalism. I will write another review when the installer completes the job.
