Wonderful service in every way. I called on a Thursday, got an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived not only on time but early. That is unheard of in this day and age. Today my garage door would not close. I called precision doors of south jersey and an hour later I had help at my door!! Jules and Tymere were wonderful. Everything was inspected and I was walked through everything that was wrong with our garage door opener and how it would be fixed. I was given options, made my selection and they got right to work. Excellent customer service and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Technician (Anthony) gave me options from least expensive to full replacement on garage opener. He did not try to sell me the most expensive way to correct my problems however I did go with the full replacement opener (my decision). Repair was relatively quick for a new replacement. Prices were good. Technician also pin pointed another potential problem and corrected for me, Very polite and cleaned up and a neat worker.

We just purchased our new home but had some issues with the garage opener wall switch. Apparently, the builder didn't properly install the safety sensors causing the switch to not function correctly. Using the chat feature on Precision’s website, I was able to get same day service! Rob S. stopped by and took care of us. He was very knowledgeable and quickly noticed that the builder's installation wasn't performed correctly. Rob made the necessary adjustments and recommended to update certain system components that were nearing the end of their use life. He also adjusted the garage door so it would close and seal properly. I really liked his philosophy of "…there aren’t problems, only solutions!" Thanks Rob and Precision for getting our garage door “Back On Track” !!

Everyone at Precision Garage Door Service involved with the repair process was helpful starting with the representative that answered the phone call for repair service. They were flexible with making an appointment that fit my schedule. It was great to have a 2 hour window of arrival instead of 4 hours which seams to be the industry standard. I was informed via text, email and phone call when the service person was going to arrive. Josh D. was the employee who did the work on our garage door. He arrived with the 2 hour window and was professional and courteous. He presented us with all of the available options to restore functionality. We also updated the cables, bearing and rollers since we use our garage a the main entry point into our home. Work was completed in about an hour .
