Opener stopped working 2 days before we were leaving for a trip. Friend of ours recommended Precision, called and they came the same afternoon. Tech was great, very courteous and knowledgeable. Yesterday I met Josh Dansel, the nicest guy! It was just something about him. He was honest, thoughtful, and patient. I hope all of your workmen are very similar like Josh! Happy Holidays????! I didn’t purchase the Garage Remote, I went and bought a battery… you don’t have a section where I can click no purchase…where you have “Service Performed” I told Josh, I’ll try a battery or buy one on my own. Thank you! I can’t submit unless I choose an option. Why is that?

Josh Danser did a great job installing two garage door openers, springs, cables, rollers, remotes, and keypads. He also helped us connect both of our cars to the garage door openers. Plus, we had a very old light switch he was able to connect to our cars. Josh was very courteous, professional, helpful, and answered all our questions. Your price quoted is 500%more than the other two estimates for the same work! I have one estimate for a complete door replacement including new tracks, springs,rollers, and 1/2HP belt driver opener,with 2remote,key pad,etc,etc……. For a price of $1000 tax included!!! And a 5 year warranty! Also a local company!!

I found precision doors on line. So I called and made a appointment. Their service man was on time this morning. My door was stuck closed, so he got it open and after inspection he replaced many old track wheels and 2 bad pulleys I had to repair this old door right now and will invest in a new door this coming spring.your service man was very noticeable and performed his job very well, my door works just as good and even better then befor thank you very much,I will make sure all my friends with garage doors no who to call if they have any problems.
