I was very pleased with precision doors service. We had 2 garage door openers that were over 30 years old And both died at the same time. We called and a service tech was out the same day. They replaced both garage door openers, tracks, wheels, and moved the wall openers in approximately 3 hours and clean up after. A demo was provided for both the wall and car devices. They offered different installation plans which increased in price but did not push any specific plan which I appreciated.

We called Precision Overhead Garage Door Co from website. What made us call was "family owned business". The answering service was very professional and assisted us in repair needs and if not repairable made appt for sales as well. Anthony who was very nice, came out and yes he was honest as garage doors are since 1985 with repairs during the years but ours was unrepairable this time. Prompt and Excellent Service. My 20yr+ garage door, at times, wouldn’t close completely unless I pressed and held the wall switch. Rob was very pleasant and courteous in explaining to me what needed to be done. He replaced my wall switch and performed a general maintenance service on my door. He also left me an estimate of what it would cost if the motor failed and needed to be replaced in the future. Overall, I am satisfied with the service performed.

My niece referred and I am so happy she did. I wasn't expecting to be able to get a next day appointment which was a bonus for me. Jules, my technician, called to let me know that the job before me was running a little longer and anticipated and he would contact me when he was headed my way as soon as he was done.
