Fantastic service from first immediately answered phone call to early arrival with phone call (welcomed early arrival!) to the technician Brandon who called and showed up, diagnosed, explained and replaced my older unit within an hour. He then helped program and explained all the features on the device, remotes and wifi capability. Flawless 10 Star service. Highly recommend.

First of all, scheduling was easy and you offered plenty of options. We needed the repair done quickly, and the time frame was met. Anthony came to our house for the repair. He called when he was 30 minutes away, which I really appreciated because I wasn't home at the time. He provided excellent recommendations and explanations for the repair that was needed, and he provided honest feedback about parts that didn't really need to be replaced to get the door operating properly. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and the garage door worked better than it had before, and actually better than when the builders installed it many years ago. Anthony was friendly, courteous and genuinely nice. I will recommend your company anytime anyone I know needs a door repair or upgrade. Thank you Precision, and thank you, Anthony!

Brandon came within an hour of my call. And went through everything that could possibly be wrong with my garage door opener which was opening sometimes and not others. He spent the time trying everything. He could fix it and eventually found that the wiring Was not sending a steady signal to the motor. He wired it correctly and now it is working perfectly. I won't hesitate to call precision again whenever I need something done with my garage door or opener.

Anthony was very professional. 15 min before the scheduled time, he informed he was on his way. When he arrived, he gave me options to look at - repairing what is needed or other options that I could add. He gave me a clear estimate and then proceeded to do the work thoroughly. I had an appointment for Saturday to replace a broken cable, not knowing my neighbor also had issues with their garage doors on Thursday . I talked with the technician, when Anthony was finished with my neighbors repair he was able to replace cables and preventive maintenance on both of our garage doors. I contacted Precision to repair a broken spring and pulley for my garage. They were incredibly prompt and professional in their response. The technician who made the repairs is named Josh.
