Anthony called me to tell me he was on the way. Arrived exactly on time. Quickly determined course of action - my Genie needed to be replaced. We discussed 2 options. I chose one and he had it installed in about 1 and a half hours. Showed me how to use it and I programmed my remote. Delighted with my new Genie. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service late Wednesday and by 9:00 am Precision was at my door to repair my garage door. Anthony Cellucci, a Precision employee repaired my door in about an hour and a half. He was friendly and courteous and very experienced. Great job Anthony.

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. John explained the problems clearly to me and wrote up three estimates for various levels of services (he did not recommend the most expensive!) He did a thorough job and was extremely nice and professional.

I needed a new garage overhead door and called the company and was very happy with the results. Jeremy DiPietro was the employee who came to my house and installed the new door. He was very pleasant and dressed nice and just great person who came to help me. He knew the job extremely well and worked very hard. I am so happy and pleased with the door. I just wish Precision did other doors like a regular garage door on the side of my garage. The work is very well done and like I said I am very happy with the results of my new door.
