They answered the phone with a human. The girl who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. They have Saturday hours for working people. They came out the same day and the technician was amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely nice person. The technician was Josh and he was just a pleasure to work with. He took his time and explained everything. I would definitely recommend Precision garage door and Josh.

I just moved into my new house after being in my other house for 52 years and I never had a garage before I wanted my garage door fixed and fast , which your company provided . Anthony the nice gentleman was very helpful and pleasant . He gave me a estimate of two possibilities I decided to take the second price , which was more expensive . It replaced majority of the parts on my garage track. I will refer your company to anyone that ask . I live in a 55 and over community so majority of the home owners need help. I do admit it was expensive but like I said , I called and almost a hour later your company was here and a couple of hours later everything was done. So thank you for fast and expert service. I'm a person that wants something done yesterday and not wait for today, which your company provided . Like I said I will definitely refer your company to anyone that ask !!

Mike was a nice guy to discuss options and price, etc. Precision put in garage doors for my son in Cherry Hill and did a nice job. Delivery time on doors was good. Juts a comfortable way to negotiate the job.

I called to set up an appointment for a garage door opener and was thrilled that Anthony and Joe arrived the next day. They evaluated my situation and installed a wonderful Genie garage door opener the same day! Anthony and Joe were personable, honest, and very efficient. They walked me through the operation and even synced my opener to my Subaru. Thank you Precision Door and especially Anthony ND Joe, for outstanding service. I love my opener!!!

Very pleased with the service provided today by Brandon Conover of Precision Door Service. He replaced the motor for one of my garage doors. He was pleasant, helpful and professional and I don't think you could ask for anything more than that. I would not hesitate to contact Precision again with any repair to my garage doors and I will also keep them in mind when I have to replace both of my garage doors. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service @ 8:46am and stated that my garage door would not close and motor sounded funny. They said they would have someone at my house today between 10-2pm and they would call before coming to the house. I received a call from John 10:19am and that he would be at my house in about 15 mins. John was very polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. He knew right away what the cause might be with the motor and he was correct and had the job completed in about a 1/2 hour. I paid only for the service call because the fix was loose wires. The cost was $56 and he lubed all the moving parts that needed it while he was here. I highly recommend Precision…. and have used them in the past as well! Good people; Good Company! Outstanding service . The tech ,John was courteous and knowledgeable and efficient . Prior to arrival he asked if I needed anything . I told him that was a first any tech asked me that. He said he asks because many times people are stranded with their garage door out of commission . How thoughtful.

Anthony looked at the broken cotter pin on the cable and text laced it temporarily. He is working on replacing the pins and brackets on both sides and will give me an estimate. Also will quote a new lightweight door. He was cordial and helpful in a difficult situation.
