Anthony came out as the representative and service person. He was a pleasant person to talk with and easy to understand his explanation of the repairs needed for our garage. He was also HONEST. Our 25 year old automatic garage doors at the Jersey Shore met with disaster when there was a power surge. Aaron Bean was the technician for this job. He arrived on time was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He diagnosed the problems and presented a solution and quote; pretty much a total rebuild. Aaron completed the work that day and the doors work perfectly! We were thrilled!!!…Oh, and yes we now have power surge protectors!!!!

Very professional, prompt and all in between. Was a pleasure to deal with precision doors and my tech. Did most of install myself and ran into a problem with the torsion bar not functioning. Had to install new torsion system because my Wayne dalton bar was not a serviceable unit. The tech was finished in 2hrs with him making adjustments as needed to my install. He made sure everything was within specifications. Extremely pleased with precision doors. Highly recommended.
